@ 1538 Prophet Muhammad's ascent to the highest horizon 53:6-18
53:6 Of might, he (Gabriel) stood firm
# ذُو مِرَّةٍ فَاسْتَوَى 6
53:7 while he was in the highest horizon;
# وَهُوَ بِالأُفُقِ الأَعْلَى 7
53:8 then he drew near, and became close
# ثُمَّ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّى 8
53:9 he was but two bows' length or even nearer,
# فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ أَوْ أَدْنَى 9
53:10 so (Allah) revealed to His worshiper (Gabriel) that which he revealed (to Prophet Muhammad).
# فَأَوْحَى إِلَى عَبْدِهِ مَا أَوْحَى 10
53:11 His heart did not lie of what he saw.
# مَا كَذَبَ الفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَى 11
53:12 What, will you dispute with him about what he sees!
# أَفَتُمَارُونَهُ عَلَى مَا يَرَى 12
53:13 Indeed, he saw him in another descent
# وَلَقَدْ رَآهُ نَزْلَةً أُخْرَى 13
53:14 at the Lote Tree (Sidrat tree) of the ending
# عِندَ سِدْرَةِ المُنتَهَى 14
53:15 close to the Garden of Refuge.
# عِندَهَا جَنَّةُ المَأْوَى 15
53:16 When there comes to the Lote Tree, that which comes
# إِذْ يَغْشَى السِّدْرَةَ مَا يَغْشَى 16
53:17 his eyes did not swerve, nor did they stray
# مَا زَاغَ البَصَرُ وَمَا طَغَى 17
53:18 for indeed he saw one of the greatest signs of his Lord.
# لَقَدْ رَأَى مِنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِ الكُبْرَى 18
